Succession Link is an online marketplace for financial advisors who want to buy, sell or merge their businesses. The company was formed by group of leading financial professionals who have spent their careers working with advisors and recognized the need for a platform that provides assistance with the purchase and sale of advisory businesses. Succession Link is unique in that, in addition to access to available opportunities, it provides an innovative business valuation tool that is free to advisors selling their businesses and subject to a minimal subscription fee for potential purchasers.
Formed in 2008, Wilshire Finance Partners is a leader short term, alternative fixed income investments providing stable income and principal protection. Through December 31 2014, the WFP Income Fund paid investors an 8.01% net annualized return based on the income earned through a diversified loan portfolio consisting of first trust deeds and mortgages with a weighted average loan to value of 61.07%, a weighted average maturity of less than 2 years, and 0% non-performing assets.
Through its strategic relationship with Succession Link, Wilshire Finance Partners will assist in the promotion of the Succession Link platform by providing sponsorship opportunities for certain qualified registered investment advisors who are clients of Wilshire.
